Account Questions

Creating a Legit Link account is free and takes under two minutes. Head to the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Set a strong password, tick the terms and responsible gaming checkboxes, then submit. You'll receive a verification link by email and a one-time PIN by SMS — confirm both to activate your account. Once done, you can make your first deposit and start playing straight away.

No. Each person is permitted one active Legit Link account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same details or different ones — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances held pending investigation. Note that changes to core identity information — such as your registered legal name — may require you to submit supporting documentation for verification. Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered email or mobile number, and Legit Link will send you a one-time reset code. Enter the code, create a new password, and log in with your updated credentials. The whole process takes about two minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered email or mobile, contact support@legitlink.net to go through identity-verified account recovery.

Legit Link accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for KYC: PhilSys ID (National ID), Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. You'll also need proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Documents must be clear, unedited photos or scans — blurry or cropped images will be rejected and you'll need to resubmit.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Legit Link accepts all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards. All deposits are in Philippine Peso (₱) — no currency conversion required. The minimum deposit amount varies by method and is displayed at the time of transaction.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually completed within the same business day. PESONet transfers may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times can be slightly longer during weekends, public holidays, or high-traffic periods. You'll receive a notification when your withdrawal is sent from Legit Link to your chosen payment method.

No. All deposits and withdrawals at Legit Link must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are not permitted under the Terms and Conditions and may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Always use your own GCash, Maya, bank account, or card when transacting on Legit Link.

Most deposits reflect instantly or within a few minutes. If yours hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, first check that the transaction was successfully completed on your payment app (GCash, Maya, etc.) and that the deduction from your source account did occur. Legit Link does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. However, certain payment providers or banks may apply their own transfer charges, particularly for bank-to-bank transactions. Any such fees are set by the payment provider, not by Legit Link. For GCash and Maya, there is typically no receiving fee. No. Bonus funds at Legit Link cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for wagering first, and only the real-money winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement become withdrawable. Account Security

Act immediately. Go to the Login page, use the "Forgot Password" function to reset your password, then log in and check your active sessions — terminate any you don't recognise. Review your recent transaction history for any unauthorised bets or withdrawals. Then contact support@legitlink.net to report the incident. Our team can freeze the account temporarily while the situation is investigated.

Responsible Gaming

Every Legit Link account comes with access to deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, a cool-off period (one day to one month), and self-exclusion (minimum six months).
